O crema de branza delicioasa, cu o aroma puternica de telina si verdeata. O crema cu dichis din revista Libertatea Retete nr.8/2010.
Ingrediente:
200g branza slaba de vaca,
100g smantana,
1/2 telina,
4 lingurite de verdeata maruntita(coriandru, patrunjel, menta).
Mod de preparare:
Telina se spala, se curata si se taie in bucati. Am avut o telina mare de tot, dar am folosit doar o jumatate.

Crema de branza cu telina se mananca cu Paine cu ceapa si masline si se orneaza cu frunzulite de patrunjel.
