Revista Femeia de azi a avut un mic supliment: Puiul pe gustul tuturor-Retete uluitoare si usoare.
Imediat am pus ochii pe reteta asta cu nuci, asa ca am executat-o. Plus ca aveam si vin Corcova alb sec, primit de la bucatarescu.ro prin decembrie.
Ingrediente:
4 copanele si 4 pulpe superioare,
2 cepe,
3 catei de usturoi,
1 morcov,
1/2 ardei capia rosu,
1/2 ardei gras verde,
50 g mieji de nuca intregi,
1 cana cu vin alb sec,
50g unt,
500ml lapte,
100g smantana,
2 linguri cu faina,
2 frunze de dafin,
patrunjel verde,
4 linguri cu ulei,
sare,
piper.
1. Incinge uleiul intr-o craticioara si caleste ceapa(eu am pus doar una) si usturoiul tocate marunt, iar ardeiul taiat cubulete.

Sa nu credeti ca mi-a iesit perfect, dar l-am trecut prin sita si l-am condimentat cu vegeta si ierburi aromate, exact pe gustul meu.
4. Toarna sosul peste carne, pune frunzele de dafin si miejii de nuca

5. Serveste calda, cu patrunjel verde deasupra si mamaliguta.
Am facut un trandafir dintr-un castravete murat, daca v-ati intrebat ce-i cu caracatita aia pe mamaliga ;-))))
